Why wont my toy turn on? 🙁

For battery-operated toys, make sure you check for the paper slip in the battery compartment. The slip serves to protect the batteries that come with the toy, your toy wont turn on without it being removed. Before you turn it on,  inspect the battery compartment and place your batteries in their proper positions, and screw the cap on tightly before assuming it is defective.

Some rechargeable toys need to be fully charged before use, so let the toy charge to completion before using it for the first time. Refer to our information card included for charging instructions.

Can I return the toy if I don’t like it?

We’re so sorry to hear that it didn’t work out between you guys 🙁 All of our products are carefully curated by us and they are amazing, but we know that we can’t always account for personal preferences, we are all unique and built differently after all!

Finding the *perfect* sex toy for you can be a bit of a trial and error, since we can’t realistically allow you to “test-drive” toys before purchase. Luckily, sex toys are very versatile, they can be used in so many different ways! Feel free to get creative with how you use your toy, it can take a little experimentation to find the best way to use a toy on your body. A “clitoral vibrator” doesn’t always have to be used on the clit, if you know what I mean 🙂 Remember, sex toys have no gender!

How do I clean my toys?

Each product should come with a manual that tells you how to clean them but if they don’t, click here!

What should I get as a first timer?

We try to include these information to help you choose the ideal toy for your first purchase, and suggestions on our product page. You can use our search engine to search the keyword “beginner” and they’ll pop out!

Can I use my toy in the shower?

Product packaging can sometimes be misleading, some products that are not waterproof boast waterproof capabilities. If you aren’t sure whether a toy is waterproof or not, go to the product page, if the toy is listed as “splash-proof”, this means the toy is shower-friendly, but should not be submerged. If the toy is listed as “waterproof”, then the toy is, in fact, waterproof and can be submerged.

If a toy is battery operated, do not submerge it in water.

Please make sure you read our product information thoroughly before you use our products. Erosu Enterprise is not liable for any injury resulting from misuse of a toy.

Can I transmit STIs/diseases by sharing a toy?

Our product information page goes over what materials can be disinfected, and how to go about doing so. In general, placing a condom over a toy is a great way to make clean-up easy while also preventing the transmission of STIs.

Will my package be discreet?

All packages arrive in a plain box with only a sticker of our logo and no mention of our store name. Nor do they indicate that you purchased from a sex toy store. Rest assured, your discretion is completely kept. :o)
